Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. If you wish to do so, please contact us at hello@bhaavaindia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include the reason for cancellation in your email. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Orders are eligible for returns only in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
If upon examination, the goods are found to have a manufacturing defect or damage caused while in transit, we will replace the piece.
For situations where your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@bhaavaindia.com within 3 days (72 hours) of the marked delivery date. Our Customer Care team will be happy to investigate and assist you in finding a solution.
In any other case, returns or exchanges are not possible.
