How are your pieces made?
Every piece of jewelry at Bhāava is designed and handcrafted in India. Our skilled karigars ensure that each creation is unique, as they meticulously craft each one by hand.
From the initial concept and rough sketches to the creation of prototypes, we iterate until we achieve perfection, ensuring that each piece meets our highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Where are you based?
We proudly call Mumbai, India, home. All of our manufacturing is carried out locally here in India, reflecting our commitment to supporting local craftsmanship.
What materials do you work with?
We use high-quality brass as the base metal and plate each piece with 18K gold using the micron gold technique. Our jewelry is anti-tarnish and nickel-free for lasting quality and skin safety.
Are your product images an accurate representation of the pieces?
Yes, they are. However, since each piece is handmade, no two items will be identical. Variations in enamel colors may occur, adding to the individuality and charm of each creation.
How do I care for my pieces?
- Our packaging is created with a purpose. Make sure to store your piece in the pouch provided.
- Avoid exposure to humidity, moisture, and direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, or other chemicals.
- Remove when bathing, swimming or working out.
- Take off before sleeping.
- Clean using a soft cloth.
How will my order be packed?
Each piece is carefully stored in a zip lock bag which is then placed into a soft cotton drawstring pouch and finally kept inside a sturdy magnetic flap box. Additionally, we include a Product Care card for your convenience. Once prepared, your order is packed inside a corrugated box, ensuring its safe journey to you.
Do you accept pre-orders for sold-out items?
