Packaging & Shipping Policy

Free shipping within India for orders over INR 1999. An additional fee of INR 99 is charged as shipping fee for all orders below INR 1999/-.

For customized orders, the time required for production will be specific to each order.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days and are delivered within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipments are not processed on Sundays and National Holidays, as per our courier partner's policy.

Should your goods arrive damaged, kindly contact us at hello@bhaavaindia.com within 2 days of receiving the order.

In case the goods are damaged in transit, please reach out to us at hello@bhaavaindia.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Once orders are shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may cancel your order before it is shipped.
